While we do understand everybody wants to get their money as fast as possible and we do the best we can to achieve that, please try to understand as as well. The number of people requesting money has went very high, compared to not too long ago. I don’t think that anyone can say they were not payed, but please don’t mail after 2-3 days saying you didn’t get your money yet, wait at least a week and then you can “spam” us regarding that issue  .
We did some modification to the money request form, so we hope it will go faster now. Time will tell, but at the same time with adding more and more language versions there will be more and more people. So we ask just for a bit of patience… that’s all |
